The Longest Sea Bridge

The Longest Sea Bridge China announced they have started the construction of a 30-miles long, Y-shaped bridge, which will connect Hong Kong, Macau, and China. The bridge is designed to withstand the impact of strong winds (100mph), magnitude-8 earthquake, and a 300,000-tonne vessel. The cost is estimated to be $11 billion and is due to be completed by 2015.
